  • Channel IDs: To know where to send messages or listen for commands.

  • Message Content: Only processed when a command is invoked or for specific features like "ChatPlay" (to detect song requests). We generally do not store message history permanently unless required for moderation logs configured by server admins.

  • Music Preferences: Playlists or saved songs if such features are used.

  • Configuration Settings: Custom settings you apply to the bot for your server.

  • Retention: We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service. If the bot leaves a server, its configuration data may be retained for a limited time in case of re-addition, or deleted periodically during database cleanups.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

  • Service Providers: We may trust third-party services (e.g., Lavalink nodes for music, MongoDB Atlas for database hosting) to help operate the bot. These parties have access to data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., Discord Trust & Safety).
